Zubyx - Computer Forensic Services - Training Sponsorship

WE WANT TO HOLD MORE CLASSES to train members of the Law Enforcement Community in Forensics First Response. We truly believe that the INITIAL handling of forensic evidence can either make or break a case that relies heavily on digital forensic evidence. Opposing Counsel has Experts working for them to ensure that YOU have undertaken the proper steps to properly identify and seize digital evidence. Small mistakes can be costly! Even the most talented Forensic Examiner would have a hard time convincing a jury or the judge if the evidence was not properly handled during the search and seizure. We hope that our classes can help the Forensic First Reponder and in turn help the Forensic Examiner obtain the proper evidence for your case.

A SUCH, WE ARE ALWAYS LOOKING for LE Agencies who are willing to host a class in their area. Hosting is FREE but it does have a few stipulations:

The Agency must provide a training room along with an LCD projector (for a laptop) and screen free of cost. Training room should be able to seat between 20-25 people comfortably and should have tables for the students to write on.
The Agency must also agree to send out a regional teletype to surrounding Agencies informing them of the class and giving our website location for details and to sign up. We have wording that you can use for the teletype and change to your liking which we will send you upon agreeing to a date.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the class if there less than 15 paid signups.
Each hosting Agency will be allowed to send TWO (2) Agency member free of charge to attend that class. Any additional members of that Agency will get a 10% discount to the class that their Agency hosts.
If we already have a hosting Agency close to your location, we may respectfully refuse your hosting for the present time but may keep that request on file for future dates.

ONCE WE ACCEPT YOUR INVITATION and agree upon a date, we will send you information on the training session, wording that can be used in your teletype to the regional agencies along with a registration form for discounted training for your agency members.
